What currency are your prices in? All our prices displayed are in US dollars (USD) or Euro (€).
What size will fit me? We suggest you browse our Size Guide which provides a basic outline of the difference between our sizes for Women, Men, and Kids.

Do you have an “e-gift card”? Its coming – stay tuned! You will soon be able to purchase a gift card containing credit to use on our online store; we can bundle this card into a beautiful box and send to the desired recipient with a handwritten card on your behalf.
What if I need to change or cancel my order? Once you have placed an order, it is not possible to make any changes.
Once you have received your order, however, you can return it for a full refund if your pyjamas. We accept returns on items without embroidery only. If you have opted to monogram your Più, we are unable to authorise refunds on those personalised pieces.
What’s the status of my order? As soon as you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation outlining the purchase and delivery options. If you see any errors with your postal address, please notify us immediately via email.
You will be able to “Track” your shipment using a link we will provide to you within 24 hours of the package being dispatched.
What if something I ordered arrived damaged? Get in touch with us right away! Document any damages you refer to.
My package is lost! Get in touch with us right away! Once an order has been delivered, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
What does it mean if an item is Waitlisted? This means the item you want is so popular that we have sold out - but we will most likely be making more very soon! Sign up with your email address and let us know your preferred color / size. We will email you to let you know if it becomes available.
I am getting married and would like my bridesmaids to wear Più for my Bachelorette party or during the hours before my actual ceremony when we are doing hair / make up . What should I do? Congratulations! You can order directly from our website! If you prefer to talk specific customisation details or personalise your order further, please email us. We will be happy to discuss how we can help you with your big day.
Do you offer group discounts for bridal parties? Unfortunately we do not offer group discounts.
In some instances, added Duties / Taxes may have to be absorbed by you upon delivery, depending on the Country. You may be charged duties and taxes by the shipping provider when they deliver your order. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
How fast is your shipping? Most of our orders are dispatched within 2-7 days of purchase (add an extra 2-5 days if you have chosen to customise your Più with embroidered initials).
Worldwide Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes? We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
We accept returns in new condition with original packaging, for a full refund*. You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase within 2-3 days of receiving your returned item.

In your return please:
- Put the returned item into a postal bag
- Fill out a reason code on the packing slip that accompanied your purchase
- Send us your returned goods using your preferred carrier. Remember to registered the package – we will not be responsible for missing or lost packages.
*Please note that we are unable to refund any garments that have been personalised with embroidery.
What if I need to exchange something for a different size or colour? We are able to process any exchanges (non-embroidered pieces only), if within the same price category. Please email us and send your original order back. From our side, we will send you an email back to confirm your pending exchange and upon receiving your goods, we will ship the new item right back to you.
If you would like to exchange for something in a higher price category, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and before placing a new order.
We are unable to exchange anything that has been customised with your initials.
